1. ALL SALES FINAL POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)

Due to the nature of our products:

We do NOT offer:

    •    Refunds

    •    Exchanges

    •    Cancellations (after order is placed)

This applies especially to:

    •    Custom jewelry

    •    Personalized items

    •    Made-to-order pieces


2. DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

    •    All custom orders require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit

    •    Remaining balance must be paid before delivery or pickup

    •    Failure to complete payment may result in:

    •    Order cancellation

    •    Loss of deposit

We reserve the right to refuse future service for unpaid balances.


3. PRODUCTION & TIMELINE POLICY

Estimated production times:

    •    Standard pieces: 7–14 business days

    •    Custom jewelry: 2–6 weeks (or more depending on design)

Delays may occur due to:

    •    Material sourcing

    •    Manufacturer timelines

    •    Design complexity

Treasured Jewelry LLC is not liable for delays beyond our control.


4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

    •    Orders are processed within 3–10 business days

    •    Tracking will be provided once shipped

We are NOT responsible for:

    •    Lost or stolen packages

    •    Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customer

    •    Carrier delays

📦 Once your package is shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.


5. WARRANTY & JEWELRY CARE POLICY

We do NOT offer lifetime warranties.

Jewelry is subject to:

    •    Normal wear and tear

    •    Exposure damage (water, chemicals, impact)

We are NOT responsible for:

    •    Broken chains, clasps, or stones after delivery

    •    Damage due to misuse

6. DIAMOND & MATERIAL DISCLAIMER

All stones and materials may vary slightly due to:

    •    Natural characteristics

    •    Lighting and display differences

    •    Hand-set craftsmanship

For diamonds:

    •    VS / VVS / Lab / Natural clarity may have slight variations

    •    Carat weight is approximate unless specified

No two pieces are identical — this is part of luxury craftsmanship.


7. CHARGEBACK & FRAUD PROTECTION POLICY

🚨 By purchasing, you agree:

    •    You will NOT initiate a chargeback without contacting us first

    •    Fraudulent disputes will be contested with:

    •    Order confirmations

    •    Payment records

    •    Communication logs

We reserve the right to:

    •    Ban customers who file false claims
